Rose Shaddon, the founder, understands the challenges of women seeking employment, especially those with records. She is determined to make a difference with a deep empathy for individuals in difficult situations. Inspired by her own experiences, Rose works hard to assist women who have faced abuse.

In close collaboration with local police departments and women's shelters, Rose actively supports those in need.
